Strength & Conditioning
Our signature 60-minute coach-led sessions blend strength and conditioning in a focused, small-group setting. Programming follows progressive 4-week strength cycles. Every class is capped at 12 people.

Competition Prep
HYROX Training
Expect a strategic mix of strength, engine work, and HYROX-specific movements. Each week features a new, in-house programmed workout, keeping training fresh while targeting the full spectrum of race demands. You'll rotate through key pieces of HYROX equipment like rowers, ski ergs, sleds, and the assault runner, building both familiarity and efficiency across every station.
- Sled push/pull, rowing, and ski erg intervals
- Burpee broad jumps, wall balls, sandbag lunges

Sunday Conditioning
RepSweat
RepSweat is our HIIT-style conditioning class. Fast-paced, no-nonsense, and built to make you sweat. You'll move through intervals that keep intensity high and rest tight. It's simple, effective conditioning designed to build your engine, push your limits, and get a lot done in a short amount of time.
